Roselle Stones Khmer · Since 2015
– nature's bounty from Cambodia
From Cambodia's sun-drenched fields to cups around the world — we craft herbal teas, craft cola, and botanical drinks that honour ancient traditions and uplift the communities that grow them.
Discover Our BrandsOur Story
Roselle Stones Khmer was founded in 2015 by Michie Nishiguchi, who spent years working in international development across Cambodia. Witnessing both the limits of aid-based models and the extraordinary richness of Cambodia's herbal traditions, she established a company where sustainable business becomes the vehicle for lasting community change.
Working hand in hand with farmers, rural women, schools, and traditional healers, we source wild-crafted and organically grown herbs — turning Cambodia's natural bounty into products that carry its spirit to the world.

Our Brands
– nature's bounty from Cambodia
Demeter Herbal Tea began in 2015 with a wish to share Cambodia's natural gifts with the world. Working hand in hand with farmers, rural women and schools, we carefully hand-pick and sun-dry wildcrafted, chemical-free and organic herbs grown under Cambodia's powerful sun.
Inspired by the ancient wisdom of the Angkor Empire, we honour traditional herbal practices while creating products that make our partners proud. Each sip of Demeter brings you a taste of Cambodia — pure, gentle, and full of life.

– a mindful refreshment
Craft Cam Cola is a hand-crafted, healthy cola made with a blend of natural ingredients — herbs, spices and palm sugar. With ginger, turmeric, roselle and other botanicals, it delivers a unique taste that's spicy, sweet, sour, and slightly bitter.
More than a drink, Craft Cam Cola represents a sustainable lifestyle. We source locally, support school programmes, reuse organic by-products, and work toward a zero-waste production process.

– the magic of colour-changing tea
Blue Butterfly is a botanical gift set born from the Cambodian Bounty Project — combining enchanting blue butterfly pea flower tea with locally made fruit vinegar and traditional healer's honey from Kulen Mountain.
The blue butterfly pea flower turns vivid blue when brewed, then magically shifts to purple or pink with a drop of citrus — a living celebration of Cambodia's natural chemistry. This product unites every partner in the RSK family.
What's Inside
Community Initiative
Our School Herbal Garden Programme connects education, environment, and community. In collaboration with local public schools across Cambodia, Demeter & Craft Cam Cola plant and grow herbs that beautify school grounds while creating hands-on learning opportunities for students.
Children learn about native herbal plants and their roles in traditional Cambodian life. Once harvested and sun-dried, we purchase the herbs at a fair price — providing additional income to support school operations.
The herbs grown through this project are used in both Demeter Herbal Tea and Craft Cam Cola, connecting classrooms to real products that represent Cambodia's natural and human potential.
Programme Objectives
To create opportunities for schools to green and beautify their grounds through the cultivation of herbal plants.
To give children the chance to learn about Cambodia's native herbal plants and their significance in traditional Cambodian life.
To generate income for school operations through the fair-price purchase of sun-dried herbs harvested by students.
Our Team & Partners
Representative Director
Based in Cambodia since 2008, following field experience in Zambia and Malawi in international development. Michie founded RSK to create small-scale economic activity at the local level — working toward a circular economy through the herb business, one experiment at a time.
Workshop Staff
Soknim, Duchdy, Dalis, Syna
Ingredients carefully grown in Cambodia's clean-air, clean-water provinces are inspected and packaged at our workshop in Phnom Penh. Every member of our current workshop team is a woman in her early twenties.
Cambodia today is a young country — half its population is under 30. While rising university graduation rates and strong economic growth bring hope and ambition, the underdeveloped social safety net means many people — particularly women — are forced to abandon their studies or take unwanted jobs due to family illness, accidents, or circumstance.
We want our workshop team to know they have options. Through stable salaries, benefits, and a workplace where curiosity is encouraged, we hope each person builds the confidence and financial independence to choose her own path.
School Partners
Partner schools in the School Herbal Garden Programme are currently active in Siem Reap Province and Koh Kong Province.
Production Partners
Our production partner farmers and women's agricultural groups are active in Kratie Province, Tbong Khmum Province, and Siem Reap Province.
